Sunil Bhatia

Chairman and CEO

Sunil is a pioneer in the development and delivery of online investment advice. He has been associated with the industry from its inception in the latter part of the 1990s when he founded AssetPlanner, one of the first internet-based investment advice companies. That company's product was regarded as one of the best advice systems in the US as well as in Europe by independent research companies.

Sunil brings his extensive experience in developing affordable and personalized advice to Invesra, which he has started to serve the needs of individuals planning and saving for retirement.

Prior to entering the investment advisory business, Sunil was at Fidelity Investments from 1991 to 1996. There he served on the management team of Fidelity Investments Institutional Services Inc. (Fidelity Advisor funds) as Vice President and CFO. From 1984 to 1991, he was in the management consulting practice of Price Waterhouse LLP. He obtained his MBA in Finance, Accounting, and Information Systems from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, Bloomington in 1984.

Laura S. Alspaugh, CFA

Chief Investment Officer

Laura leads the investment team at Invesra. Laura brings over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Invesra, Laura spent nine years as a senior consultant for Mercer Investment Consulting and advised institutional clients on investment policy, asset allocation, portfolio structure, and manager research/evaluation. Laura's quantitative work at Mercer included the application of alpha/tracking error analysis in portfolio structuring. Laura's experience also includes liability driven investing and risk budgeting for large plan sponsors. During her tenure at Mercer, Laura was partnered with Mercer's retirement practice in developing actuarial expected rate of return assumptions for Mercer's defined benefit clients.

Laura's other experience includes portfolio management for high net worth clients at Fleet Investment Advisors (now Columbia Management), equity research, as well as securities and investment operations.

Laura graduated from Wellesley College, and received her MBA from Boston University. She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

William J. Reich

Senior Vice President, Sales

Bill leads the sales team at Invesra. Bill has several years of sales management and business development experience at high-growth technology firms such as Brainshark, BuyerZone, Cerulean Technology, NewsEdge, and Wang Laboratories. He has a proven track record in handling major accounts in the financial industry.

Bill completed his Bachelor of Arts from the City College of New York. He resides in Sudbury, Massachusetts.

Sanjeev Saxena

Vice President, Development

Sanjeev leads the development staff at Invesra. He brings more than twenty years of technical expertise to Invesra and plays a key role in engineering the technology capabilities of Invesra.

From 2000 to 2003, Sanjeev was the CTO at Net-Fast, Inc. a software company developing Business Intelligence Web-based solutions for the healthcare industry. He was responsible for the company's overall technology strategy from the design of its architecture to the investigation and implementation of new technologies, and managed both a domestic and offshore development teams. Prior to Net-Fast, Sanjeev has held software management and architect positions at Webhire Inc., ADE Corporation, Thomson Financial and NewsEDGE Corp.

Sanjeev obtained his BSME from Howard University in 1983.

Judith A. Robichaud, CUA

Director, User Experience

Judith leads the User Experience team at Invesra. Her experience brings 10 years of design expertise to all aspects of the user experience at Invesra.

From 1999 to 2005, Judith worked in various design roles at State Street Corporation, a custodial asset management company, in the Corporate Marketing and Enterprise Internet Services divisions. She was responsible for a redesign of the corporate intranet and played a key role in the establishment of a UI team with the EIS division. In 2005, Judith spent a year at P&H Solutions, a cash management software company currently known as ACI Worldwide, as Senior User Experience design lead. In her tenure she established a User Centered Design methodology which includes user research, wire frames, and usability testing. In 2006, Judith joined Bank of America as Vice President, Interaction Designer. Judith was design lead for various projects including the Retirement Center, a real-time tax reporting application and smart application design for 529 plan account opening.

Judith holds a graduate certification in Human Computer Interaction from Tufts University (2006), a certification as a Usability Analyst from Human Factors International (2004), and a B.A. in Slavic Languages from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
